10. Supreme Court Justice Nomination Process (2/17)

In light of recent events, we are going to take the last class before break to watch a timely episode of the series "West Wing" about the inner workings of the White House during the nomination process for the Supreme Court. In this episode, the White House was given the opportunity to fill a retiring Justice's position, however the process is almost identical (as the "short list" is something that the White House always has in their back pocket).
