This unit flows from unit three's examination at the interpretation of the Constitution over time, and looks at the players involved, the decisions made, and the future of the Supreme Court in handling issues of Constitutional Law.
Unit Essential Questions
o What happens when the issue is about something the Founders could never have imagined, such as the Internet?
o Who is on the Supreme Court today? Who are some important Justices of the past?
o What are some of the big constitutional questions being addressed by the courts right now?
