The Classroom of Choice: Giving students what they need and getting what you want
Jonathan C. Erwin (2004)

This book is all about creating a cooperative classroom model, where the students and teacher work together to both create the curriculum and demonstrate attainment of knowledge/understanding. The book starts out with quite a bit of educational theory (including choice theory) and then moves on to how to practically implement these changes into your classroom. The key with this book is that it is based on the general idea that by offering a menu of options to the students, they will become more engaged and give them an increased level of accessibility to the material.
