  • What is the global effect of Buddhism and, conversely, how is the world affecting Buddhism?

  • Physical Geography (Diverse geographical features of the continent)

  • Collectivism: Dynasties, caste system, communism, and individual national cultures, castes

  • Colonialism: Opium Wars, Gandhi, French Indochina, Domino Effect

  • Buddhism/Hinduism/Shintoism: Tenets, Polytheism, Impacts on region

  • Political Leadership: Dictatorship, Communism, Empires, Democracy
