24. Roman Lesson Writing (3/22 & 23)

Essential Questions:

Why is Ancient Rome so frequently cited by modern American society?

Did Roman Leadership improve over time? Why/Why not?

Using Ancient Rome as an example, how do the arts shape society?

Using Ancient Rome as an example, how does society shape the arts?

Why was the Ancient Roman military so successful?

Students are working on an existing project today on the Chromebooks. Each student is assigned a chromebook, and the list of names/numbers is in the binder on top of Chromecart #2. They are to be completing their lesson planning assignment on teaching the class on Ancient Rome (using one of the Essential Questions). I have attached an extra copy of the rubric and the reading for your perusal.

This needs to completed at the end of class, because they are going to start presenting at the beginning of class next week there are technology problems, they should be using their notes and the research that they have already done to prep a lesson that they can do without technology (as that is what real teachers would do in that situation).
